Roman Baths - There is a fine museum built around the ancient baths.  The Romans built a bath complex in the first century to take advantage of the hot spring. After the Romans left, the baths were covered, but the complex was rediscovered and excavated in the 19th century. The Georgian building shown in the photo was erected in the 18th century.
