Laban Rata Restaurant - The only restaurant is located in the main Rest House, which meant we had to climb down for meals.  The dishes offered for supper looked so mysterious and ugly, we didn't touch them, and we just had coffee/tea, granola bars and chocolate.  I appreciate the fact that every supply has to be carried up by human couriers, but the meals looked horrible.

Simple breakfast is served from 2 a.m. to 3:30 a.m., but after seeing the supper, I didn't bother with it.  Besides, it would have meant climbing down to the main rest house and climbing back up to my room.  I already had enough climbing to do!
