Rafflesia pricei - This is a parasitic plant that grows on a certain vine and grows in a shady forest floor.  Flowers are about 30cm (1 ft) in diameter. Those in the tour group who didn't attempt to climb Mt. Kinabalu saw two more species of rafflesia at another location.
