Nantai-san (Mt. Nantai)  is visible as one approaches Nikko.  it's 8,150 ft high.  I took this photo after we passed the city of Nikko - about half way up to Lake Chuzenji.  The red roof visible on the right is a ropeway station that goes up to a hilltop (not Mt. Nantai) which offers a great vies of Kegon-no-Taki (Kegon Fall).
