Melbourne Park  was within a walking distance from the small boutique hotel we stayed in South Yarra.  The white structure on the left is the Rod Laver Arena, and the one on the right is the Vodafone Arena. One needs to purchase a ticket to enter these two main courts.  I had purchased, on-line in October 2005, tickets for good seats in a shade in Vodafone.
