Oncidium onustum is a compact plant and is blooming with three inflorescences.  Flowers are about 1.25" (3 cm) wide.  It previously bloomed with a tall inflorescence that grew straight up, but this year they are growing horizontally.  The close-up photo is from the previous year's blooming.
