Dracula hirtzii   I finally managed to have one bud open without shriveling!  The first spike dried up without making buds.  The first three buds on this spike dried up just before opening. When the fourth bud started developing, I kept the bud near a fog maker in my Wardian case, hoping that increased humidity will help the bud develop.  The lip (whitish structure in the lower center of the flower) is hinged.
