Masdevallia Angel Tang is a very small plant (3 ~ 4" high).  I recently purchased it in bud.  Although Masdevallias require cool temperatures,  I seem to be able to "baby" them through San Jose's hot summer.  Using an extra pot (with some sphagnaum moss between the two pots) seem to help keep the roots cool and mist.
