Aerangis lueto-alba var. rhodosticta  This lovely orchid seem to require a lot of water - especially in spring and summer.  I drench it with distilled water at least twice a day.  Good quality water seems to be essential.  It is hung fairly high in a Wardian case.  The temperatures range from 70 to 85 F in summer and 60 to 70/75 F in winter.  Humidity level is usually is 70 to 80%.
